The body chooses where it stores fat and if your body has chosen to store fat on your thighs, then you will want to get rid of it! very seriously.

You cannot choose where the body reduces fat so you cannot target certain areas.

To reduce fat thighs, you need to reduce your all over body fat. This can be done by exercise and by a diet which reflects a healthy lifestyle. If you already eat well and exercise, then it could still be what you are eating that is making you have fat thighs.

All bodies are different in shape and size, and also in the way food is metabolised. Depending on your metabolism, your body may prefer more carbohydrates, or more protein, or a combination of the two. Therefore, if your body really prefers protein, and you have been giving it more carbohydrates than protein, then your body will not metabolize the food quickly or properly. This leads to stores of excess fat. In your case, this fat is stored on your thighs.

If your muscles are covered in fat, then there is no point focussing only on the
those muscles. However, I have good news for people wanting to work out fat thighs. As the thigh and buttock muscles are the hugest muscles in the body, then working them out burns the most calories.

The best fat thighs workout exercises are squats and walking and jumping lunges. You can add a bar of weights to make these more effective as you get stronger. Three sets of 12 of each exercise and keep them deep.

Along with these do plenty of cardio exercise. Simple fast walking is one of the
best exercises for fat thighs, but keep your heart rate up by walking with long wide strides. The
