The recipe for 1 glass of Lemon Detox drink:
-2 Tbsp of (preferably Organic) fresh lemon juice
-2 Tbsp of (ideally Organic) grade B maple syrup
-1/10th Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-8 oz. filtered water

Simply put all these ingredients into a bottle or jar with a lid, mix and drink. You can drink this anytime you are hungry throughout the day, though a minimum of 6 glasses is suggested.
