Going on a diet is a big decision, so before embarking on a diet, you first want to find good information about diets that really work.

Firstly, I can certainly tell you that I do not recommend any of the diets I have just mentioned. These are fad diets. The diets that really work, are those that change your lifestyle, are not restrictive, and will not put your body into starvation mode.
Women are busy people! Women are caring for families, working, trying to fit in exercise and cooking food for their family. Therefore, diets that really work for women need to be based on scientific principles which do not involve separate or expensive shopping.
Most women can not afford the time to prepare separate meals. Going on a diet is fun at the beginning, but weeks and weeks of preparing meals different from those of your partner and family will soon become tedious. These diet plans for women are not realistic and you cannot do them long term.
The diets that really work fast are those which educate you about food, and which include exercise plans and recipes.
If you want to lose weight fast, the best diets to lose weight fast which use food combining strategies will work. Did you know that diet drinks and processed foods can actually inhibit fat loss? By eating combinations of nutritious foods both high and low in fat and slow releasing sugars, you can lose weight fast without feeling like you are on a diet at all.
Beware of gimmicky fad diets which do not sound like something you can sustain for life. If you are dieting for an upcoming event and want too know how to lose weight in a week then maybe you can be excused. But, do you really want to return to having extra fat just a few weeks after the event?

Make sure the diet includes: Credible sources (google the author!), recipe plans, shopping lists, exercise plans, lots of nutritional info and NO supplements or branded food purchasing.
