Skinny Girl Diet Plan

Plan: The Skinny Girl Diet is devised by Bethenny Frankel and lays down 10 rules for weight loss. First, the writer advices the readers to think of their diet as a bank account. They can turn their investments smart and balance out what they eat out of their savings, but they cannot overdraw on any given day. This means that the dieter can eat whatever they want, as long as they stay within the specified calorie limits for the day. Second, it suggests that the dieter can eat whatever they want, but not all of it at once.

The writer suggests that we should taste everything we like but do not eat all of it. It is important to spoil your hunger or appetite before any party to avoid over-eating. It is also important to pay attention to what you eat and to downsize your meals to smaller versions. The dieter should also try not to binge. Although she does admit it is not entirely possible, but the writer suggests that yoga helps with that. Knowing what triggers your hunger is also an important part of the diet plan. Lastly, the writer advises to eat natural food, to exercise, love yourself, sleep and not to obsess too much about being thin.

Recipes: Some of the recipes are available on the website, www.skinnygirldaily.com. Other recipes can be found in the complete weight
loss packs listed on the same website.

Results: The diet received mixed reviews from customers. A majority of the people stated that the diet works and helped them lose several pounds of weight. However, there were others who found the diet to be unrealistic and harsh stating that in the end it all comes down to the calorie count again.

Skinny Girl Diet (tumblr)

The Skinny Girl Diet on Tumblr is different from the one described above. The diet consists of a 30 day plan, which lays down the number of calories the dieter is allowed to take on any specific day. The calorie count for each day does not include fruits and vegetables, which means that the dieter can have as many of those as they like. The diet also requires the dieter to work out on cardio exercises for about 30 minutes a day and 3 times a week. The diet allows the users to subtract the amount of calories burned through exercise and other activities, hence increasing the calorie intake allowed.

This diet is pro-anorexia and is NOT recommended.
